When our firm began, when no other firms existed, all of the names were available, and what could be more relative to explain what we do?  Originally developed for associations, State and Federally assisted housing quickly requested our reports for subsidy multifamily and senior housing. The trustees, managers and owners of housing entities brought our analysis to other types of operations to preserve their investment or to enhance value.

Over the past 30 years we have satisfied the needs of our customers, creating more than 7,000 reserve studies for condominium and homeowner associations, multi-family sites, hotels, country clubs, public works facilities, state and federal government facilities, and numerous other special use properties throughout the East Coast of the United States.

Our professionals understand and embrace the methodology and analytical tools needed for first-class physical and fiscal analysis, and multi-variant options for projecting immediate and future capital needs.  We are the service provider for reserve studies and capital needs analysis. 

Our pricing is better than competitive and based on the complexity of the customer's property. We recently developed a "small property" format that allows properties of 24 units or less to afford the services utilized by larger properties without reducing crucial information.
